REACCIÓN DE GERMOPLASMA DE Phaseolus sp. A Macrophomina phaseolina

Durante 1996 y 1997 se determinó la reacción de 166 genotipos frijol, en su mayoría cultivados, 237 germoplasma criollo poblaciones silvestres Phaseolus sp., con diversos orígenes, a un aislamiento altamente agresivo Macrophomina phaseolina condiciones invernadero Montecillo, México. Se identificaron mejorados, criollos sp resistentes M. phaseolina. Entre los sobresalen Amarillo Calpan, Manzano, Negro Perla, G 4523, BAT 477, Bayo Zacatecas, Pastilla Teocaltiche, "Ballacote" (P. coccineus) San Francisco, Querétaro, Baranda, PT 91084, MUS 133, Michoacán 9-1-A, una colecta Villa Las Rosas, Chiapas, dos Teopisca, Pabellón, Aguascalientes 12201. correlación negativa entre severidad enfermedad causada por y, biomasa aérea. No existió asociación clara pudrición carbonosa adaptación geográfica, raza o condición genética del evaluado; sin embargo, resistencia pertenecen principalmente Mesoamérica. La susceptibilidad detectó mayor frecuencia las razas Jalisco Durango.
